About ALTERNAFOSS ENERGY
I)Established in the year 2020, as the name of the company is “ALTERNAFOSS ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED”.
II)The registered office of the company situated in the State of Maharashtra i.e. within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Pune.
(III)(a) The Main Objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are :
1.To establish and carry on the business in India and abroad as Manufacturer, Trader ( Importer / Exporter ) & Supplier of Tyre & Plastic Pyrolysis Plants, Plastic & Tyre Pyrolysis oil, Bio Fuels, Poly fuel oil, Non-conversional diesel, Catalyst, Bio products, Char and convert non degradable material into poly fuel, to deal in business of Industrial waste management.
2.In chemical sectors ,chemical process and plant consultancy and develop new processes, Equipment and Process Designing and design , & fabricate , manufacture , sell & resell , install , commission , maintenance , retrofitting , distribute , trade ( import & export ) , out sourcing , sub contracting for chemicals & Petrochemical related products and services and to do all incidental acts and things for the attainment of the above objects.
3.To carry on business of Plastic recycling, Tyre recycling, Waste scrap recycling and to act as dealers in Plastic raw materials, resins, goods and articles connected with the Plastic, Tyre, and waste scarp recycling and manufacturing industry.
We provide Pyrolysis Pilot Plant Trial and Feasibility Study , Pyrolysis Plant Designing , Consulting in Field of Plastic & Tire Pyrolysis , Machinery Manufacturing, Supply, Installation and Commissioning , Operation and Maintenance of Pyrolysis Plants Established by us
(b) Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in Clause III (a) are:
1.To develop, acquire, import, install, repair and render maintenance service, know-how, technology, consultancy and training in connection with the objects.
2.To establish and maintain offices and/or agencies at any place or places in India or other parts of the world for the conduct of the business of the company or the purchase and sale of its products, merchandise, materials, articles and things required for or dealt in or manufactured by or at the disposal of the company.

Our team comprises of skilled labor, production manager, quality controllers, sales & marketing executives, warehouse-in-charge and other supporting staff. By working in close coordination with each other, our professionals ensure a hassle-free working environment.
Mr. Sameer Abdul Sattar Al Baloshi, the Founder Director , is a Mechanical Engineer has nearly 15 years of Experience in Oil & Gas and worked for Shell-PDO JV. The later years of his career in Oman’s biggest national oil company Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO) were in Enhanced Oil Recovery for subsurface reservoirs by chemical solvents or other methods. He has been also providing consultancy service in the same domain for the local and regional operating company for the last 6 years. On business side, he is founder & co-owner for Otaxi app in Oman. It manages transportation by taxi service in the capital city Muscat with a fleet of over 2000 drivers. Also, he is a managing director for Marahib restaurant which have two branches in Oman. It is a franchised business from the UAE. As for construction experience, he is a co-owner of Advance International for construction and mechanical services; its core business is to supply and installation of scaffolding structures to support big construction projects. His company have participated in the construction of 17 hydrocarbon tanks in Sohar industrial area with Petrofac under Indian Oil Tank Company and participated in the construction of Salalah International Airport main building. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. Besides this, Mr. Sameer is an eminent individual and is part of various National and International Boards and Bodies.
Mr. Suresh Kumar Singh, the Founder Director & CEO of the Company, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemicals) degree and Master of Business and Administration, University of Pune, India. Mr. Singh is Highly resourceful, innovative and result-oriented Concept Process Engineering Professional with over 25 years of engineering experience including 13 years in Shell group experience in Middle East with PDO Shell JV. Accomplished broad experience in concept & flow assurance studies, front end engineering design, detailed design, project management, EPC projects, plant start-up and troubleshooting. Strong achiever in areas of continuous improvement, cost effectiveness, quality, safety, problem solving, and technical documentation. Proven records of accomplishment of success in leading process engineering teams as well as project team of all disciplines, implementing company policies, and maintaining plant integrity. Instrumental in streamlining engineering process, enhancing productivity and profitability, and implementing technology solutions. Poised for next level of success as an Engineering Director or Technical Director within a top tier organization to utilize extensive experience and skills. Have well versed in leading Green field afford developments in heavy oil. Sour gas including thermal and chemical EOR projects from concept through delivery. Expertise includes Strategy development, Business planning, Cost Control, Financial Reporting, Quality Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, New Technology deployment, Facilities Engineering, Project management, Supply Chain Management, Operational excellence, staff development and personnel management. Expert in maturing quick monetization opportunities in new field developments for satellite fields; designed and installed modular, fit-for-purpose Early Development Facilities for various projects including: Crude dehydration, Gas Compression/Dehydration Produced water treatment and injection NGL recovery and dew point control plants CO2 and H2S removal Optimization of existing production facilities for adding small fields All necessary support systems and utilities (power generation, controls, monitoring and detection, and operation) Conversant with variety of commercial business models for early production systems that afford the flexibility to maximize their return on investment that includes BOO, BOOT, DBOOM, and Contract/Lease Operations. Empower & refine multidisciplinary team to create a caring environment for project delivery. Mr. Singh has been a Director & CEO of the Company since its incorporation and was appointed as Managing Director & CEO with effect from November 10, 2020, He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company
Ms. Manju Singh, Whole-time Director of the Company, is a Post Graduate in Science From Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur UP India. She heads the Quality & R&D Operations of the Company. Ms Singh Appointed as a director from the first day of Incorporation of the company. She is responsible for the Quality & R&D function of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
